Kefalotyri cheese Georgiou is a Greek traditional hard cheese, similar to kefalograviera, has a rich aroma, is spicy, and has a pleasant salty taste.

It is made from 100% pasteurized pure goat’s and sheep’s Greek milk of our region, with rich nutrients and superior quality.

Kefalotyri can be eaten as a table cheese, and added to various foods that require hard cheese. It is also ideal for saganaki due to its hardness and its unique taste.
