Kefalograviera Cheese PDO Georgiou is a traditional Greek hard cheese with a protected name of origin.
It is distinguished for its rich aroma for its sweet and savory taste, as it is classified between gruyere and kefalotyri.
It is made from 100% goat’s and sheep’s milk (up to 10% goat’s milk) of our region, which is distinguished for its high-quality milk and rich nutrients.
Kefalograviera cheese can be consumed mainly as table cheese, but also in cooking in general, in various pasta, pies or saganaki ( fried cheese ) .
