Feta of Amphilochia Georgiou is produced from pasteurized goat’s and sheep’s milk, with a slightly salty taste with rich nutrients and natural white color.

Feta is a table cheese with many uses, the most characteristic being the Greek salad, the pies and the saganaki (fried cheese).
