The Georgiou family is a Greek family from the area of Amfilochia that deals with traditional cheese-making.
George Georgiou, who grew up in a livestock family, was the one who started from a very young age to deal with Cheese Making, which led to gaining experience and love for the traditional cheese-making that flourished in the area.
From 1984 he worked as a cheese-making specialist and over time his passion and love for traditional Amfilochia cheeses led him to take a big step and open his own cheese business in 2008.
It was then that the Amfilochia Georgiou cheese company officially started operating, over time it gained the trust of consumers with its unique taste and the superior quality of the cheeses it produces.
